High School (Bible Class)

Our high school group (we refer to it as the "Bible Class") is an opportunity for students to deepen their faith in Christ and build godly friendships. In addition to regular Sunday School activities, the Bible Class participates in game nights, service projects, mission trips, and denomination-wide events (see below for more details).

ACYF - Apostolic Christian Youth Fellowship

In ACYF, multiple high school groups from other Apostolic Christian churches (usually within a 1-3 hour driving distance) gather for a day of worship, teaching, activities, and fellowship. This allows students to build relationships across our denomination and grow spiritually together. The typical format for the day includes:

  • A topical teaching session in the morning
  • Lunch
  • Attending the host congregation's regular afternoon service
  • Games / sporting activities

Mission Trips

Every other year, the Bible Class takes a mission trip to serve an underprivileged community or support one of Apostolic Christian HarvestCall's mission locations. These weeks are a wonderful time of bonding and service. In addition to work, students enjoy devotionals, games/hiking/recreation, and fellowship. Some of our past trips have included:

Deuteronomy 6:6-7

"And these words, which I command thee this day, shall be in thine heart:

And thou shalt teach them diligently unto thy children, and shalt talk of them when thou sittest in thine house, and when thou walkest by the way, and when thou liest down, and when thou risest up."
